2009

In 2009 the annual theme of the Summer Academy was "Culture and Conflict".

Conflict work requires manifold competencies in order to deal constructively with different forms of life, value systems, convictions, traditions and beliefs. The lectures, expert’s dialogues and workshops, held by internationally renowned experts, allowed participants to address cultural aspects of conflict on different levels. Furthermore, participants had the chance to present own projects and to network among professionals.
